New Year's Eve countdown at Reykjavik's stunning concert hall

Harpa concert and conference hall in the centre of Reykjavik joins other renowned landmarks who have made a tradition to countdown to the New Year. 

The countdown will appear on the famous glass facade designed by artist Ólafur Elíasson.  The year 2016 is visible on the facade from today until midnight on Saturday. 

The square in front of Harpa concert hall is an ideal location to be on New Year's Eve, with a great view over Reykjavik and the fireworks.
