PHOTOS: Simply Red in concert in Iceland
British soul and pop band Simply Red delighted crowds last night with their first gig in Iceland in thirty years.
The band, headed by lead singer Mick Hucknall, performed their greatest hits to a full house at Reykjavik’s Laugardalshöll arena.
They first played in Iceland thirty years ago, together with Fine Young Cannibals, Lloyd Cole and the Commotions, and Madness. They had just released their first album Picture Book, which was hugely successful.
