Icelandic airline WOW air to fly to Israel

On Monday, WOW Air announced a new destination, Tel Aviv in Israel. Flights commence on September 12th.
A press announcement from WOW Air says that there is a lot of interest in the flightpath from Israel, the US and Canada. Flights will take place four times per week in a new Airbus A321.
Ticket sales have begun already. "This is the first time that direct flights to Israel from Iceland are offered and it's great to be able to make flight history in this way. Israel is a country of incredible cultural richness, now available to our passengers for a good price in great planes," says WOW CEO Skúli Mogensen.
