Sophisticated modernity from four Icelandic designers

Last Saturday, Reykjavik boutique P3 showcased pieces by four Icelandic designers: Another Creation, Asi Mar, Skaparinn and Rey. 

Rey, by designer Rebekka Jónsdóttir offered clean lines and flowing material in hues of white, pink, red and black. Skaparinn showed a sophisticated, modern range using high-tech materials blended with silk. Asi Mar, who designs for both men and women put emphaisis on silhouettes and patterns. Another Creation by designer Ýr Þrastardóttir offered up a dramatic collection of dresses and playsuits inspired by Art Deco in jewel tones.
