18 Feb 2019Was it luck or simply a miracle? Dog Þota was caught in an avalanche in Hnappadalur, Snæfellsnes. Her owners searched for her for days but finally Þota returned to her farm after being buried underneath the avalanche for six days.
29 Oct 2018Former President of Iceland, Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson disclosed on morning show Morgunkaffið on Rás2 that former First Dog Sámur is to be cloned. Former First Lady Dorrit Moussaieff has sent a DNA sample from Sámur the dog to the USA where he will be cloned upon his death.
