8 Feb 2016 Parking fees at Keflavik International Airport in Iceland will go up on April 1st. The biggest increase in parking fees is at the short-term parking area where the hourly rate goes up from 230 ISK to 500 ISK.

4 Feb 2016 Rescue team Húnar in Hvammstangi have been hard at work since the storm hit this afternoon. The team have come to the rescue of eight cars stuck on the mountain road of Holtavörðuheiði.

3 Feb 2016 Town authorities in the Ísafjörður swimming pool have decided to take signs downs stipulating that guests should wear a bathing suit to the Finnish sauna. This action was taken after a letter of protest from Finnish sauna lovers.
