UPDATE March 31:

A new webcam with a much better view of the eruption has replaced the old one. See this report.

Last night, mbl.is posted this livestream of the eruption on the Reykjanes peninsula, Southwest Iceland.

The eruption started Friday night, March 19, in Geldingadalur, Fagradalsfjall mountain.

Enjoy the view from the comfort of your home, day or night. The colors change considerably, depending on the time of day and on the weather. You can even hear the rumbling noise from the craters and the occasional sound of a helicopter passing over. The only part you have to imagine is the smell of the scorching earth.
