Icelandic policeman wears same sunglasses for thirty years
"My sunglasses are indespensable and they're quality made," says policeman Svanur Kristinsson who lives and works in Selfoss in South Iceland.
Morgunblaðið spoke with Kristinsson who has been wearing the same Ray Ban's since 1988, for thirty years, that is.
"My former brother-in-law, handball team coach Þórir Hergeirsson bought them for me in Oslo. He chose well, bought them on board the Icelandair plane from the air hostesses. They were very expensive, " says Kristinsson in today's Morgunblaðið paper.
