Tickets for Iceland’s first 2018 World Cup qualifier on sale

3,000 tickets have just gone on sale for Iceland’s first home qualifying game for the 2018 World Cup, against Finland on Thursday 6 October.

The Laugardalsvöllur stadium has a capacity of just under 10,000. Other tickets have been sold as part of season tickets, or will be sold to guests or via international football organisation partners.

This is the second game in Iceland’s 2018 World Cup qualification campaign, the first being an away game against Ukraine on Monday evening.
