PHOTOS: More training shots from Iceland at Euro 2016
The tension is mounting here in Iceland, with just one day to go until Iceland’s men’s team kick off their first ever match in the finals of a major football tournament.
After six days of training in the Alpine city of Annecy, the Icelandic delegation will be moving today to the city of St Étienne, where they will be facing Portugal tomorrow evening.
After a two-hour coach ride, they will be giving a press conference in St Étienne, before moving on for training at the 42,000-seater Stade Geoffroy-Guichard stadium, where tomorrow’s historic clash against Portugal will take place.
Straight after the game, they will be transferring back to Annecy, where the photos above and below were taken.
