This guesthouse, next to one of Iceland's most famous waterfalls, is for sale
Guesthouse Fosshóll, which is almost on the edge of the Skjálfandafljót canyon, 500 metres from the famed Goðafoss waterfall, is up for sale. The price is a hefty 170 million ISK.
Goðafoss is part of what is known as the Diamond Circle in North Iceland and counts landmarks Mývatn, Dettifoss, Aldeyjarfoss and Ásbyrgi. The guesthouse offers 21 rooms and a restaurant and nearby is a camping site, shop and petrol station.
Goðafoss is a beautiful waterfall whose name means waterfall of the gods. It is located in the Bárðardalur district of the North Eastern region of Iceland.
