Essential Services Over Christmas

Tonight, Christmas Eve, is when Icelanders traditionally celebrate Christmas and exchange gifts.

If you’re visiting Iceland, you may be wondering what sorts of services will be available during the holidays.

The Bláfjöll Ski Area will be open for the most part, weather permitting. The area will be closed, though, December 23-25, according to the website. Check the status here.
