Mink family on the road in Reykjavik
Edward Rickson was cycling to work yesterday near Reykjavik domestic airport in the city centre when he spotted a family of minks on the road.
Rickson captured them on his phone and published the footage on Facebook.
Minks appeared in Iceland with the fur industry around half a century ago when they escaped from cages and became established in the wild. Minks are aggressive and prey on bird colonies and farm animals.
