How about cooking some tender, Icelandic lamb chops this weekend? Pan fried and breaded lamb chops have been a favourite in Iceland for years. In the video chef Sveinn Steinsson of renowned restaurant Matur og drykkur puts a spin on this classic.
The recipe is easy, a lot healthier (though healthy isn’t necessarily a word we would use to describe it), and absolutely delicious!
