Why did you lie? named crime novel of the year by the Sunday Times
The novel Why did you lie? By Icelandic author Yrsa Sigurðardóttir has been named crime novel of the year in Britain by the critics at the Sunday Times.
Critics published their selection of the year's best books this weekend. There were four categories: Thrillers, crime, historic novels and short stories.
