Full Iceland Airwaves 2016 line-up announced

The announced line-up for this year’s Iceland Airwaves music festival is now complete – some 220 acts have been booked, of which seventy are from abroad.

Among the names added to the list in the latest announcement are: A & E Sounds, Airwords, Ambátt, Beli­efs, Ben Frost, DALÍ, Dr. Spock, Go Dark, Herra Hnetu­smjör, Kels­ey Lu, Ki­a­smos, Leyya, Sta­f­rænn Há­kon and Valdi­mar.

The 2016 festival will be held on 2-6 November. Tickets are available on the Iceland Airwaves website and on tix.is. Organisers urge anybody wanting tickets to book early, as the festival has sold out in previous years.
