Morgunblaðið features an in-depth interview with San Francisco ballet director, Icelander Helgi Tómasson where he reveals that he is negotiating with Harpa concert hall to set up a performance there. Tómasson has visited Harpa to see if such a performance would be possible there. "The concert hall is not designed for a large performance but the stage is quite big and I think we could set up a nice performance there. The acoustics are excellent at Eldborg main hall which can also seat a lot of people," he says.

Tómasson, who formerly danced with the New York City Ballet became art director and principal choreographer for the San Francicsco Ballet in 1985 and helped transform it into one of the world's leading ballet companies.
