Storm warning for Saturday for entire Iceland

The Iceland Met Office has issued a weather warning for a storm predicted in Iceland on Saturday March 12th. 

Tonight an area of low pressure will hit Iceland from the south. This will be accompanied by strong winds, rain, sleet and snow. 

Tomorrow this will turn into a storm in the entire country with possible hurricane force winds in North West Iceland. 

Anyone considering travelling tomorrow is advised to follow weather reports very carefully as well as road conditions at the Iceland Road Administration.
