Students shaken as two rapes are reported

Two rape charges have been filed to the Reykjavik Metropolitan police with only a few days between them. Both alleged rapes took place after university gatherings in central Reykjavik and the victims are both students at the university.
Both charges are against the same man, and in the second instance another man was involved in the attack.
This is reported by Fréttablaðið this morning and the report adds that both men are in their thirties, and one is a student at the university. Police would not confirm this to mbl.is today.
According to Fréttablaðið, students at the university are very shaken over the matter.
