Hard Rock seeking Iceland franchise

Hard Rock is “actively seeking partnerships” in Iceland, according to the website of the famous theme-restaurant chain.

Reykjavik previously had a Hard Rock Café from 1987 to 2005 and the company is actively looking to set up in Iceland again. Iceland is the only Nordic currently in this category.

Parties interested in running a Hard Rock franchise in Iceland can apply on the company’s website here.

According to mbl.is sources, Hard Rock have already approached various parties in Icelandic, but nobody has accepted the offer.

There are currently 145 Hard Rock Cafés in 59 countries across the world.
