Polls are open- Icelanders elect their sixth president today

Polls opened at 9 am this morning for Iceland's presidential elections.
245.000 people are eligible to vote in Iceland with a similar number of men and women on the electoral roll.
The first figures are expected at around 11 pm tonight.
