Body found between Viðey and Engey

A body was found in the sea between Engey and Viðey last night. Ásgeir Þór Ásgeirsson, Deputy Commissioner of Police for the Capital Region Police, confirmed this in an interview with mbl.is.

The police were notified just after nine o'clock last night from witnesses, but work is currently underway to identify the body and investigate how the man fell into the sea.
