Rúrik Gíslason is the face of a new men's fragrance
Rúrik Gíslason, musician, actor, and former soccer player, is the face of a new men's fragrance, Trussardi Primo, from the Italian fashion house Trussardi. He announced this on his Instagram page last night.
Gíslason shared photos and a video from the advertising campaign and gave his followers a little taste of what's to come. He posed with a gray lapdog, the dog breed that has been the company's trademark for the past few years.
The former soccer player has been busy ever since he put his football boots on the shelf. He has recently been trying his hand at acting and, among other things, was a big hit in the Icelandic comedy series about the boy band IceGuys.
Gíslason is currently filming a new Netflix movie in Amsterdam. According to the website Film.at, he plays the role of the dog trainer and guru Noden, who undertakes to help five strange dog owners in the Austrian Alps get along with their stubborn four-legged friends and uses unusual methods. The film does not yet have a name, but is directed by Marco Petry.
