Still in critical condition
The condition of the girl who suffered life-threatening injuries in the stabbing attack at Skúlagata in Reykjavík on Saturday evening is unchanged. She is still in critical condition.
This is what Grímur Grímsson, chief inspector of the central investigation department, tells mbl.is.
In custody at Hólmheiði
The police's investigation is going well, but according to Grím, it is extremely extensive.
A sixteen-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the case, but he is suspected of having stabbed three young people with a knife.
He was remanded in custody until August 30 and is being held in solitary confinement in Hólmheiði prison.
