Gerard Butler has arrived in Iceland

The filming of the thriller Greenland: Migration began here in Iceland yesterday. The acclaimed actor Gerard Butler plays the leading role and he just arrived in the country. The movie is the sequel to the movie Greenland, which was a hit in 2020.

According to Morgunblaðið, the shooting will take place in the next two weeks in the vicinity of Reykjavík.

They will be very extensive, with a lot of action scenes being shot outdoors.  

It's the production company True North that handles the production here in Iceland. The company's officials could not be reached yesterday.
