Speeding Concrete Truck Chased in Reykjavík: Video

Four police cars and the special forces of the national police commissioner chased a stolen concrete truck this morning, which drove at high speed against traffic on Sæbraut road in Reykjavík, mbl.is reports.

The truck was driven along a bike trail, which lies along the coast by Sæbraut, and onto a sidewalk.

The truck, which was full of cement, had been stolen on the corner of Vitastígur and Laugavegur shortly after 9 am.

Miraculously, no one was injured. The driver, who is in his 20s, was arrested. He was under the influence of drugs.
