Icelandic chief constable fined for buying prostitute
A former chief of police in West Iceland was fined 100 thousand kronas for paying for the services of a prostitute. He had already asked to quit his job at the time and quit on July 1st last year after the Chief of Police in West Iceland was alerted that he was being investigatied for soliciting.
This was reported by RÚV last night. The same policeman was recently fined for getting into a fight with another policeman in the Westman Islands.
