Children injured in bridge accident on road to recovery
Police are waiting for the results of an autopsy of the passengers who died when a jeep plunged through a railing and off a bridge at Núpsvötn as part of their investigation to find out what happened. Four were injured in the accident including two children who are on the road to recovery.
Two women and a 10 month old baby girl were killed in the accident.
The driver of the vehicle is still severely injured at hospital and the other man has given a clear account of the accident, say police. The two brothers and their families are Indian with British residency.
