Yellow weather warning: snow storm expected on Thursday
Snow is expected on highland roads in North Iceland. Styrmir Kári
The Iceland Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for Wednesday and Thursday. Rain and strong winds are expected with snow in the north.
Roads could become impassable and people are advised to follow the forecast closely.
The Iceland Met Office also urges farmers with livestock to get them to shelter.
