Icelandic team's Rúrik now has over a million Instagram followers

Thirty-year-old Rúrik Gíslason, midfielder in the Iceland men's football team now has over one million Instagram followers . He only had 30 thousand followers before the World Cup.

Gíslason's following increased immediately after the Iceland- Argentina match. Many of his followers are Argentinian women who comment on his model-like good looks drawing comparisons to Brad Pitt.
