One of the latest hit songs in Iceland is called "Ég ætla að skemmta mér" or I'm going to party. This disco song is a product of the band Albatross, and Sverrir Bergmann, the lead singer and author of the song, got his middle-aged choir partners to perform in the video. 

Bergmann started his singing career in the year 2000, and is known for more romantic songs. He said to K100 radio station that his disco hit is more of a song people put on to get in the groove before going out, while people listen to his other songs after coming home from being out partying. 

Bergmann is a member of the men's choir Fjallabræður, Mountain Brothers, and his fellow choir partners were more than willing to dance and perform in the catchy video.

As one can see the video is not the fanciest one ever made, and it was shot in one day. The group scenes were shot in a warehouse and at the workplace of some of the men. "They are great guys," Bergmann said about his choir buddies, "and totally willing to learn new dance moves, have fun and play along".
