A group of actors starring in HBO's Game of Thrones have been spotted in Iceland over the last few days as season seven is partly being shot here.

Most of the scenes from Iceland feature the Night’s Watch, a group of men guarding a giant ice wall that separates the Seven Kingdoms from the lands beyond. Jon Snow is the former leader of the Night’s Watch, played by Kit Harrington.

Jon Snow and the other watchmen are all clad in black and some of them adorn sheep hides to ward of the cold. The sheep hide part of Jon Snow's outfit is all 100% Icelandic, made by Atlantic Leather tannery in North Iceland. Though the hides are usually not used as clothing we must say it looks good on Harrington.

Other actors from Game of Thrones that have been spotted in Iceland over the last days are according to Iceland Monitor’s source are Iain Glen who plays Jorah Mormont and Joe Dempsie who plays Gendry. Ecunews reports that in addition to that, Liam Cunningham who playes Davos Seaworth, Kristofer Hivju who plays Tormund Giantsbane and Rory McCann who plays The Hound are in Iceland as well.
