Pink bales of hay for Iceland's pastures?

Farmers in Iceland can now purchase pink plastic to wrap their hey this summer to support the Icelandic cancer research society. 

In recent years, hay bales in Iceland are usually white, peppermint green or black. The pink plastic rolls are sold by Sláturfélag Suðurlands and cost 12.900 ISK each with 425 ISK from each roll goes to Krabbameinsfélagið, the Icelandic cancer research society. 

Iceland's pastures may therefore be dotted with pink marshmallow looking hay bales this summer.
