Twelve prams outside new coffee shop
The Icelandic habit of leaving babies to take their naps in their prams outside was unusually visible at the opening of a brand-new coffee shop in the western part of Reykjavík. The coffee shop is simply called Kaffihús Vesturbæjar and is already extremely popular.
Photographer Hörður Sveinsson was enjoying a coffee at the new venue yesterday and counted twelve prams outside. He added that the coffee shop is a great addition to the west part of the city centre which is fairly quiet and doesn't have a lot of shops or restaurants.
