October-fest in Reykjavík on Saturday

A German-inspired October-fest will be held in the Reykjavík City Centre on Saturday October 11th in the Reykjavik city centre.

According to the City of Reykjavík this is the first time such a festival is held in the city centre. The festival will celebrate Icelandic harvest traditions as well as german traditions such as brass bands, singing and refreshements. Most shops and restaurants in the city centre will have special offers on this occasion.
