Yesterday’s sunrise in Reykjavík was absolutely spectacular. A most beautiful red cover of clouds with a bright yellow pattern was spread all over the eastern sky, casting a reddish light into the houses. The spectacle was at a peak around 8:30 am, when many residents rushed out to take pictures.

Most museums are closed these days, but when Mother Nature mixes her colors, we can all enjoy her amazing work.
