People are now being charged ISK 250 for using the toilets at Harpa concert hall and conference centre. Theaward-winning building is an extremely popular tourist hub and the management says that the charge is toward ensuring a good standard.
However, people attending concerts or conferences at the building or those dining at the restaurants will be able to use the toilets without paying a fee.
