Avalanche alert in Seyðisfjörður, East Iceland

An avalanche alert was put up last night in the town of Seyðisfjörður in East Iceland. There's a level of incertitude in all of East Iceland.
Rain is causing snowmelt and floods have occurred, for example from the mountain Strandartindur which flooded a road.
Several homes have been evacuated due to avalanche danger.
