Supermoon in super Iceland
Last night saw the last ‘supermoon’ of 2015 – the Hunter’s Moon.
A supermoon occurs when the moon is at its closest to the Earth, and therefore appears bigger and brighter than usual.
Yesterday evening’s calm and clear weather in Iceland enabled the supermoon to be appreciated to its fullest. While the supermoon was at its best last night, look out for it again tonight!
