A tale of two cities...

...Reykjavik and Akureyri.

While Iceland's capital was finally blessed with some fine spring weather and decent temperatures yesterday, the 'capital of the north' was still in the grips of cold winter conditions.

While winter warmers were the order of the day in Akureyri, people in Reykjavik were enjoying milder, calmer weathers than have been seen in a long time.
