Live broadcast from Iceland of the solar eclipse

A live broadcast of the solar eclipse will be on mbl.is on Friday morning if conditions permit. The broadcast can be seen here.

The broadcast is conducted in partnership with the Seltjarnarnes astronomy society.

The solar eclipse is set to begin at 8:38 GMT, reaching its peak at 9:37 and finishing an hour later.
