60 earthquakes in 24 hours

Around 60 earthquakes have been measured at Bárðarbunga in the last 24 hours. The largest quake occured yesterday at 16:05 and measured 5,3 on the Richter scale. Five quakes between 4-5 on the scale and seven between 3-4.  In the northern part of the dike 15 quakes were measured, all within 1,5 on the scale.
