Icelandic Culinary team compete at Bocuse d’Or
The Icelandic Culinary team are competing in the renowned Bocuse D'Or contest which began yesterday in Lyon.
The Bocuse d'Or is one of the most prestigious culinary competition in the world. The competition takes place every other year in Lyon, France. Iceland took home the bronze medal in 2017, a success that has only once been matched by an Icelandic chef back in 2001.
