Forager's Club dinner at Reykjavik's Nostra on Sunday night
Forager's Club Dinners are pop-up style dining experiences that feature wild caught or found ingredients and otherwise are made up of entirely Icelandic ingredients. Newcomer Nostra, a fine-dining restaurant on Laugavegur offers a spectacular dinner this Sunday night.
There are still a few spaces left for the first Forager's Dinner tomorrow night at 18:30 which features six dishes of pescatarian caught fare accompanied with wine pairing. The dinner is a collaboration between Mat Bar's chef Hrafnkell Sigríðarson and Nostra's chef Carl K. Frederiksen.
Further Forager's dinners will be held during the spring and summer season and you can stay tuned by joining their email subscription theforagersclub.com or instagram @wildcaughtfound.
