Iceland gets into the finals in Eurovision

Now is the time to celebrate in Iceland because The Sisters got into the finals in the Eurovision 2022 Contest. Their song has been gaining popularity in the last few days and their excellent performance tonight got them into the finals.

That means Saturday is going to a busy day for Icelanders. It is the local voting day so people will hopefully go early to vote and then make a night of it with an Eurovision party.

Here below you can see the countries that got into the finals today. Thursday is the second day of the semi-finals and then 18 counties compete for the remaining 10 spots left in the final competition next Saturday.
