More centenerians than ever before in Iceland
At the end of 2018, fifty Icelanders aged 100 or more were alive in Iceland. This number has never been greater.
That's not all because currently there are 32 Icelanders aged 99 and three of them will turn 100 in January.
The oldest living Icelander is Jensína Andrésdóttir who is 109 years old, reports Morgunblaðið.
