Iceland's Linda considered among the world's radiant beauty queens
Miss World is one of the oldest beauty contests in the world. It was established in 1951 by a British advertising agent named Eric Morley. Website Brightside.me voted for the 15 most radiant Miss World's in history and Linda Pétursdóttir, who won in 1988 is one of them.
Linda has worked as an entrepreneur and animal rights activist throughout the years. She ran exercise centre and spa Baðhúsið for numerous years.
Iceland has had a total of three Miss World's: Linda Pétursdóttir, Hólmfríður Karlsdóttir and Unnur Birna Vilhjálmsdóttir.
