As another horde of Beliebers wait excitedly for their chance to see the Canadian pop superstar perform the second of his two gigs, here is Icelander Ragnar Árni Ágústsson, with his own version of the classic JB track ‘Sorry’.

The Icelandic musician recorded his own slower-tempo version of the famous track as a welcome gesture to Bieber, who (it will have escaped nobody’s attention) is currently in Iceland.

“I was listening to ‘Sorry’ and I took a look at the chords and lyrics,” Ragnar Árni explains. “It is just a very beautiful song and I tried to put together a more relaxed version.”

Ragnar Árni is currently studying medicine in Hungary and has spent the summer back home working at the National University Hospital of Iceland.

Below you can see the video of Ragnar Árni’s song and amateur footage of Justin Bieber himself performing ‘Sorry’ at last night’s event.
