Is this Iceland's most expensive home?

A detached home in Skerjafjörður, Reykjavik, is for sale for 190 million Icelandic kronas. 

The building, located by the oceanfront measures 450 square metres and was built in 1983. 

Speaking to Morgunblaðið, real estate broker Kjartan Hallgeirsson says that this high figure is not unprecedented. "We've been selling real estate at this price, but not many. There's always a market for these kind of homes."
