Halloween is a fairly recent tradition in Iceland but the last few years have seen a greater emergence of Halloween costume parties and carved-out pumpkins in windows. And why not. This is a dark period of the year, perfect for celebrating the dark forces.

Hlemmur Square , a hotel and bar at Hlemmur offers a special Halloween mead as well as candy and black and white horror movies will be screened.
